A sophisticated outerwear piece from Luigi Bianchi, this hip-length jacket combines refined Italian tailoring with the technical performance of Loro Piana Rain System™ wool.
Crafted in Italy from 100% wool, the fabric has a soft milled, cozy finish that gives it a fuller, more substantial hand while maintaining the natural breathability and elegant drape of premium wool. Loro Piana’s Rain System™ treatment adds water-repellent and wind-resistant performance, helping protect against light rain and changing weather without giving the fabric the stiff feel of a conventional technical shell.
Cut to a versatile hip length, the jacket offers more coverage than a traditional blouson while remaining easier to wear and layer than a full-length overcoat. A clean stand-up collar keeps the silhouette streamlined, while a practical hood is discreetly zipped away beneath the collar and can be deployed when needed.
The front features a concealed zipper and button closure for a polished appearance, complemented by two large flap pockets and a zipped chest pocket. Internal adjustable drawstrings at the waist allow the fit to be subtly shaped, while single cuffs with hidden button closures maintain the jacket’s clean, understated look.
