Directions: For the best hold, apply to a clean, dry heel area inside the shoe. Press firmly so the grips sit flat and stay comfortable while you walk. Position each piece so the top edge sits just above the heel seam. This can improve contact and reduce slip. If your heel still moves, adjust the placement slightly higher. A small change can improve the hold.
