Boutique Jacques was founded in 1958, by Jacques Green, who developed his skills in the art of design in Amsterdam. He provided his expertise to the Queen of Holland and a select clientele who appreciated the ultimate in quality and service. Jacques continued to offer the same level of service and quality at the boutique that bears his name in Montreal.
Today, Boutique Jacques is run by Jacques’ two sons, Leo and Harry, who enjoy greeting every customer personally. The business today, caters to the well dressed man including many successful businessmen, professionals, politicians, actors of Hollywood fame and more. Clients who find Montreal’s best kept secret frequent Boutique Jacques from every continent. It is not uncommon for 3 generations of a family to build their wardrobes at the store.
The collection at Boutique Jacques places the accent on value, style and quality. Products include an array of tailored clothing comprised of suits, sport coats, blazers, trousers, coats, tuxedos and golf wear. Brands include Coppley, Zegna, Mateo Maas, Manzoni, Jack Lipson, Hathaway and more. Products are usually priced less than you would expect to pay elsewhere because of low overhead and excellent relationships with suppliers allowing better buys
