For Canadian orders we ship via CanadaPost's 'Expedited Parcel' Service. You should receive your order within 4 to 6 business days from the day your order is shipped.

For USA orders we ship via CanadaPost's 'Expedited Parcel USA' Service. You should receive your order within 6 to 9 business days from the day your order is shipped.

EXPRESS SERVICE - $19.95

For Canadian orders we ship via CanadaPost's 'Xpresspost' Service. You should receive your order within 1 to 3 business days from the day your order is shipped.

For USA orders we ship via CanadaPost's 'Xpresspost USA' Service. You should receive your order within 3 to 5 business days from the day your order is shipped.

INTERNATIONAL SERVICE - Price Varies (outside North America)

For all orders shipping outside Canada and the USA, we will inform you of the shipping charges prior to finalizing your order. Email us for a shipping quote at sales@boutiquejacques.com.

If you wish to return or exchange your online purchase, please ensure all tags are intact and the item is returned in its original condition. You must contact us to obtain a return authorization number by calling 514-737-1402 or 1-877-393-2789. Without an R/A number, returned items will not be accepted. All returns and exchanges must be sent within 21 days of receiving your order receive the full amount less the original shipping charge. *Orders that qualified for free shipping are refunded less actual shipping & handling costs.

*Please note: if items are not returned in their original condition or after the 21-day time frame, a 25% restocking fee will be charged. 50% will be charged if both conditions are met.
